I fell in love with the hospitality industry whilst working in 5* hotels during school holidays. Starting in Scotland, my passion for restaurants and constantly meeting new people has taken me from parking cars and polishing cutlery to managing restaurants and bars in London and Dubai.
For me, I think it is essential to work professionally but believe you should never loose the fun involved in running restaurants!
